The Twin Rivers Country Economic Development Society is a lively and forward-thinking organization committed to the growth and enhancement of the communities in and around both Glenwood and Hill Spring, Alberta. Since our inception as a not-for-profit society in 2012, we have proudly included members from the Villages of Glenwood and Hill Spring, the County of Cardston, and several esteemed local business leaders.
Our Vision
We envision Glenwood and Hill Spring flourishing into vibrant, resilient, and prosperous communities. Our aim is to cultivate an environment that is inviting, enhances quality of life, and supports the friendly, harmonious small-town values these areas are known for. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, welcoming, and open to all. We encourage inter-village involvement to strengthen the bonds between our communities, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.
Our Mission
At the heart of the Twin Rivers Country Economic Development Society is our mission to bolster the economies of both Hill Spring and Glenwood. We do this by initiating and facilitating proactive economic development strategies. We are dedicated to promoting both Glenwood and Hill Spring as excellent places to live, learn, invest, visit, conduct business, and enjoy the rich experience of small-town community values. By encouraging transparent communication and collaboration, we aim to build trust and unity across our villages.
